These terms apply to your purchase and use of KISS Short Game System™ and the KISS Short Game website, checkout, emails, downloads, and member area. The seller is SAASCRAFT VENTURES PTE LTD, trading as KISS Short Game, at 6 Raffles Boulevard, #03-308, Singapore 039594.
By completing a purchase or using the product, you agree to these terms.
THE FOUNDING OFFER
KISS Short Game System™ is an asynchronous digital golf education product.
The founding offer is a one-time payment of USD $47. It is not a subscription. Any applicable tax or payment-provider charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
At purchase, founding members receive immediate access to:
• Module 1: Why KISS Works.
• KISS Shot Selector™.
• 20-Minute KISS Practice Card.
• Founding Member Welcome Guide.
• Lifetime access to future modules and updates included in the founding offer.
The remaining course is released in stages, with the full nine-module system and listed founding bonuses scheduled for delivery within 14 days of launch. The current release schedule is shown in the Welcome Guide and member area. Reasonable changes to lesson order, titles, format, or release timing may be made where they improve delivery, provided the core founding offer is still supplied.
PAYMENT AND ACCESS
You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. You must provide accurate purchase and account information.
Access is for the individual buyer only. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or remove access for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity, material breach of these terms, or unauthorised sharing, resale, copying, or distribution.
30-DAY REFUND POLICY
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase by emailing [email protected] from the email address used to purchase.
No reason, proof of practice, or course completion is required. Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days and returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Course access is removed when a refund is processed.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENCE
The product, lessons, videos, voiceovers, graphics, downloads, frameworks, branding, and written materials are owned by or licensed to SAASCRAFT VENTURES PTE LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the included materials for your own recreational golf education. You may print included practice resources for personal use.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, republish, upload, sell, sublicense, share login access, distribute the materials, or use them to create a competing product without written permission.
EDUCATIONAL AND GOLF DISCLAIMER
KISS Short Game provides general golf education, not individual medical, fitness, legal, or professional advice. Golf performance varies, and no score, handicap, competition, income, or performance result is guaranteed.
Use reasonable care when practising. Consider your health, ability, surroundings, weather, equipment, other players, and course or facility rules. Stop and seek appropriate professional advice if an exercise or movement causes pain or appears unsafe for you.
References to professional golfers are educational examples only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval of KISS Short Game.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We aim to keep the website, checkout, emails, and member area available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may make reasonable updates, maintenance changes, or platform migrations while preserving purchased access and the substance of the offer.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website or member area, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, upload harmful material, scrape or automate access in a disruptive way, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the product or inability to access it. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer right.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms for future purchases or where reasonably required by law, security, platform changes, or product delivery. Changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will not remove the core access or refund rights promised at the time of purchase.
